The client needed to strictly separate employee, visitor, and maintenance staff access to server halls, while preventing tailgating and unauthorized entry. Ordinary swing or tripod turnstiles could not meet their security level.

• Tailgating risk – standard turnstiles cannot stop two people following one authentication
• High traffic during shift changes – smooth flow still required under strict security
• Integration with existing access control system – need to work with RFID card readers + biometric devices
• Durability – 24/7 operation in an industrial corridor with occasional cart/equipment passage

We supplied RHT-F200 full-height turnstiles with the following customizations:

• Full-height rotating barrier – physically prevents climbing or passing under
• One person per passage – mechanical logic ensures one authentication, one entry
• Wide lane option (900 mm) – allows small carts or server racks to pass after approval
• Biometric ready – integrated mounting bracket + wiring for fingerprint / face recognition
• Fail-safe unlock – automatically releases in case of emergency or power loss (by client requirement)
• Stainless steel 304 body – corrosion resistant for indoor/covered outdoor use
